FAQ

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A RETAINER?

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time, ensuring my full dedication to capturing your special moments. Dates will not be reserved until this retainer is paid. A 50% retainer is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, with the remaining balance due no later than one week before your session.

All retainers are non-refundable, as this guarantees your booking and preparation for your session. A signed contract is required to finalize your booking. If something comes up, I completely understand—life happens! I’m happy to reschedule your session based on availability, so we can still create beautiful memories together.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am currently based in Columbia, South Carolina, and happily serving clients in the surrounding areas. And yes—I absolutely love to travel! If you'd like me to capture your story in a different location, a travel fee may apply depending on the destination.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY PICTURES?

I know how exciting it is to see your photos, and I can’t wait to share them with you! Within four weeks (often sooner, depending on the season), you’ll receive a link to your online gallery. From there, you can easily download your images, share them with loved ones, pick your favorites, and even order beautiful prints to treasure for years to come.

WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

Life happens, and I completely understand! If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled shoot. Your retainer will transfer to the new date, but please note that it can only be transferred once. Cancellations made after this timeframe will require a new retainer to book another session.

Additionally, if you're feeling unwell—especially due to COVID-19—please reach out. Your health and well-being are important, and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a new date that works for both of us.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

Once your photos are fully edited, you’ll receive an email with all the details on how to access your personal gallery. Inside, you'll find everything you need to view, download, and share your beautiful images with ease!

WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR MY PHOTOSHOOT?

In short—yes! I’m happy to travel for your session. A travel fee may apply depending on the location, but we can go over all the details to find the best plan for your shoot. Let’s chat and bring your vision to life!

CAN I PURCHASE EXTRA PHOTO to add to my gallery?

Absolutely! I always offer the option to upgrade your package or purchase additional photos at a set price when more images are available. I want you to have as many beautiful memories as possible, so if you fall in love with more than what’s included in your package, you’ll always have the option to add them!

Do You offer prints?

Yes! I offer high-quality professional prints so you can bring your favorite moments to life. You can order directly from your online gallery, making it easy to select and preserve your cherished memories in a beautiful, tangible way.

Prints are available in a variety of sizes and finishes, including professional-grade photo paper, canvas prints, and framed options. If you're looking for custom photography prints, heirloom albums, or wall art, I’d be happy to guide you through the best choices for displaying your images.
